Effects of tanning
When outside in the sun be sure to wear sunscreen or sunblock
preferably- we listed some
of the effects of getting too much sun
Most people can only think about getting a deep dark tan. And as
quickly as possible. Below is a list of things that can happen when
we have too much sun or spend too long in a
tanning beds booth:
1)Pre-cancerous growths thanks to all those hours baking in the sun.
2)Chests that have developed age spots.
3)Skin that has lost its elasticity. Look at the faces of women over
40 if you haven't noticed this effect.
4)Fine lines... and I'm being generous here.
5)Hands that have lost the suppleness they had in their youth. If
you think about it, your hands probably receive the most sun damage
of the entire body.
The points I listed above are just a few of the results of sun
tanning.
Is a dark tan all that important? Especially when you can get sunless
tanning and sun protection products on the market? If you want to
hold on to the gorgeous skin that you have right now, I suggest you
avoid the sun at least during the hours between 10 a.m and 2 p.m
